Amazon Review of Don't Even Think of Buying or Selling your Home unitil you've Read this Book!

"This is a very useful little book; easy to read in bite sized chunks and written in a very accessible style. I read most of it on the train one evening. An easy to read, informal, guide to the third most stressful activity most of us will ever do. If you want a very readable introductory guide to the subject this book is to be recommended."

About The Author

Paul is the Principal of Clutton Cox Solicitors in Chipping Sodbury, near Yate, South Gloucestershire. He has been running the firm since 1985 and has been a Solicitor for 31 years.

Paul was born in Belfast in 1956, to a Croat father and Irish Catholic mother. Paul feels that now as a sole practitioner he has been an oppressed minority virtually all his life. Sports mad, he was educated at St. Brendan’s College Bristol the top rugby school in the country and spent 6 happy seasons at Bath Rugby Club in the mid seventies to early eighties. When still not quite out to pasture, he joined Yate Athletic Club and enjoyed dipping under 54 seconds for 400 metres in his thirties. Under 54 minutes might be more challenging now!
